Anne Jaycelle C. Sacramento

Managing Partner

Ms. Sacramento is a results-driven corporate lawyer with more than ten (10) years of relevant legal experience, specializing in commercial and taxation laws, special projects, business support services, real estate transactions, immigration, agrarian reform, government procurement, and information technology. Ms. Sacramento has an extensive experience in corporate registrations and restructuring, contract review and negotiations, foreign investments, intellectual property, information technology and e-commerce, data privacy, due diligence audits, public bidding and government procurement, special projects, real estate transactions, estate planning, tax planning and tax assessments.

Ms. Sacramento received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines in 2013 and became a member of the Philippine Bar in 2014. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and graduated cum laude from the same university in 2008. She was likewise inducted as a member of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi in 2008.

Prior to being a full-fledged lawyer, Ms. Sacramento worked as a Project Manager and Business Analyst in Orange & Bronze Software Labs Inc. from May 2008 to September 2010. She also worked as a legal analyst/researcher in the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Legal Affairs of the Department of Agrarian Reform from September 2010 to September 2012, and as a Research Associate in the Institute of Human Rights of the UP Law Center and Office of the Dean of the UP College of Law from September 2011 to February 2012 and from June 2012 to April 2013, respectively.

Ms. Sacramento is currently the Corporate Secretary of J.M. Barcelon & Co., Inc. and Olivia Manila Inc., among others.

Anna Camille C. Himala

Partner

Ms. Himala is a skilled lawyer and excellent communicator with a background in the private sector and government service, and extensive experience in litigation, legislation, and public policy.

Ms. Himala received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines in 2018 where she graduated in the top 10 of her class, with the Dean’s Medal for Academic Excellence. She is also a member of the Order of the Purple Feather (UP Law Honors Society). She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2019. Ms. Himala obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Communication and graduated cum laude from the same university in 2012. Ms. Himala earned her Master of Laws in International Business and Economic Law from Kyushu University in 2023.

While pursuing her law degree, Ms. Himala served as a Legislative Staff Officer for the Office of Senator Juan Miguel F. Zubiri and Office of Senator Pia S. Cayetano, where she contributed in legislative research and drafting for landmark laws including the Reproductive Health Act and Bangsamoro Organic Law. She then worked as an Associate Lawyer in Divina Law Office, where she was the first in the firm’s litigation department to be promoted to Senior Associate in only two years.

Marc Angelo S. Virtucio

Partner

As a lawyer who is also a Licensed Architect and Master Plumber, as well as a Registered International Associate of the American Institute of Architects, Mr. Virtucio specializes in construction and architecture laws, corporate and commercial laws, special projects, and alternative dispute resolution.

Mr. Virtucio received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines in 2019 and became a member of the Philippine Bar in 2020. He also finished several short courses on Contract Law and Child Protection from Harvard University in 2020. Mr. Virtucio obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture and graduated cum laude from the same university in 2010. He was also a recipient of the Philip H. Recto Design Excellence.

Before entering law school, Mr. Virtucio worked as a Junior Architect in Solar Resources, Inc. in 2009 and as an Architectural Assistant in Architects 61 Pte Ltd., Singapore from 2010 to 2012.

He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of ABC Equiglobal Corporation and the General Partner of Emerging Architects Studio. He is also the Spokesperson of the Committee Against Illegal Practice and a member of the Committee on Legislation and Codes of the United Architects of the Philippines (“UAP”), the integrated and accredited professional organization of architects in the Philippines.

Roi Andrei S. Galang

Of Counsel

Mr. Galang is a graduate of the University of the Philippines Manila and the University of the Philippines College of Law. Admitted to the Bar in 2015, he had since then been immersed in heavy litigation work, handling civil, criminal and labor cases. Having worked in esteemed law firms as well as in government, his ability to navigate his way through the intricacies of litigation work while religiously upholding the ethics of the profession produces satisfying results. He is also active in the legal aid program of his Integrated Bar of the Philippines chapter, assisting financially-disadvantaged clients in their legal disputes. His wide experience in litigation and his uncompromising loyalty not only to the cause of his clients but also to his duties as an officer of the court ensure that no client will ever be left alone and unaided.

Mr. Galang also teaches law subjects in Emilio Aguinaldo College-Cavite’s School of Business Administration, School of Criminology and Institute of the Law and Justice.
